6 Steps to Your Order

1

Browse & Select

Explore over 10,000 chair models across office, hospitality, educational, healthcare, and gaming categories. Use our catalog filters to narrow down by material, style, price range, or certification. Every product page includes specifications, dimensions, and high-resolution images.

2

Request a Quote

Add items to your quote cart, specify quantities and any customization requirements. Submit your request through our online form or contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Include details like target pricing, destination port, and preferred Incoterms for the most accurate quote.

3

Receive Quotation

Our dedicated sales team reviews your request and sends a detailed quotation within 24 hours. This includes unit pricing, MOQ breakdowns, customization costs, estimated lead time, and shipping options. We provide full transparency — no hidden fees.

4

Sample & Confirm

Order 1-3 sample units to evaluate quality, comfort, and finish in person. Sample fees are typically refundable against your first bulk order. Once you approve the samples, we finalize specifications and issue a proforma invoice for order confirmation.

5

Production & QC

Production runs 25-45 days depending on complexity and volume. Every order goes through our rigorous 12-point quality inspection covering raw materials, frame welding, foam density, mechanism function, load capacity, finish quality, and more. We send progress photos at key milestones.

6

Shipping & Delivery

Choose from FOB, CIF, or DDP shipping terms. We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders for ocean, air, or rail transport. Full container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) options are available. Real-time tracking and documentation provided throughout.

What Is MOQ and How Does It Work?

MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity — the smallest number of units we can produce per model in a single order. Our MOQs vary by product type to keep manufacturing efficient and pricing competitive.

50+

Standard chairs and stools — our lowest MOQ for high-volume models

100+

Customized orders with OEM branding, special colors, or modified materials

200-500

Complex or fully custom-designed chairs with tooling or mold requirements

Mixed containers available: You do not need to meet MOQ on a single model. Combine multiple models in one container to reach the minimum — ideal for showroom stock or testing new lines. We work flexibly with long-term partners and are happy to discuss arrangements that fit your business.

Beyond our standard catalog, we offer full customization to match your brand and market requirements.

Shipping & Logistics

Flexible Incoterms, multiple freight methods, and full documentation support to get your chairs delivered anywhere in the world.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

FOB (Free on Board)

We deliver goods to the port of origin (Foshan/Shenzhen). You arrange and pay for ocean freight, insurance, and import clearance. Best for buyers with established freight relationships.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)

We handle shipping to your nearest port, including freight and insurance costs. You handle import duties and local delivery. Ideal for buyers who want a simpler quote with fewer logistics to manage.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Full door-to-door service. We manage everything — freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery. The most hassle-free option, especially for first-time importers.

Freight Methods

Ocean Freight

25-40 days

Most cost-effective for large orders. FCL (20ft/40ft/40ft HQ) and LCL options available.

Air Freight

5-10 days

Fast delivery for urgent or sample orders. Higher cost per unit but significantly shorter transit.

Rail Freight

15-25 days

Competitive option for European destinations via China-Europe rail links. Balances speed and cost.

Payment Terms

Secure, flexible payment options to suit buyers of all sizes. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

Bank wire transfer — our most common payment method. Standard terms: 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance due before shipment against copy of Bill of Lading.

L/C (Letter of Credit)

Irrevocable L/C at sight, ideal for larger orders. Provides security for both parties through bank-guaranteed payment. We accept L/C from internationally recognized banks.

Western Union

Quick international transfers suitable for sample orders and smaller transactions. Funds are received within 1-2 business days.

Established partners may qualify for extended payment terms, volume-based discounts, and dedicated credit arrangements. Contact your account manager to discuss options.
